For 30 years certified as a Traditional craftsman by the Japanese government, Mr.Takeshi Saji is a forged knife master and famous among luxury knives collectors.

This is Mr.Saji’s highest quality knife with a forged R2 Damascus blade that has been specially polished called diamond finish.

R2 is very high quality stainless steel, it is harder than Vg10 and has high resistance to abrasion. The handle is made of Micarta, which is heat and water resistant and feels similar to wood in its grip. It is the Premium knife. Recommended for anyone looking for a special one.

R2 Steel edge(core) is integrated into the 32 layers Damascus steel. R2 is ultra high quality stainless steel, it is harder than Vg10 (R2's HRC=63) and has high resistance to abrasion, so the sharpness lasts long.

Micarta is not deformed by humidity or temperature, and feels similar to wood in its grip. It is an ideal material for knives.
