Case that the blade is chipped when the knife arrives
We check all knife blades before shipping.
However, no matter how much we check, there are cases that the blade arrives chipped. The probability is very low, but there are cases like this.
It may have been opened and chipping at the shipping company or customs. Perhaps after the customer open the case, something is hit without knowing and chips. There are various possibilities.
In such a case, please do the following.
- Small chips can be fixed by sharpening the knife. If you have a whetstone, please repair it by sharpening.
- If you don't have a stone, we give you a 50% discount to buy.
